How do I initiate return on MyRaymond?

On MyRaymond, returns can be initiated online. Simply log into My Account, navigate to the My Orders section, select your order and click on returns.

What is the pickup process?

Once the process for return has been initiated, we request our logistic partners to arrange for a pick-up from your door step. They will get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the item properly packed in a packet and do mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet for ease of process.

When are returns not possible?

The following conditions are applicable in the returns and refunds process.

  • Return needs to be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Item(s) of the order should not be used.
  • The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.

    What are the non-returnable items at MyRaymond?

    We do not accept briefs, trunks, socks and innerwear sets that include briefs/trunks.

    Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.

    When will I received the refund for my return?

    The process begins when a case for Returns is filed, thus generating a Return ID. The product is picked up within 5 working days. Once it reaches our warehouse, a quality check is conducted, post which the refund is processed within one working day.

    If you paid for the order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-banking, you will receive the refund in your source account. The same should reflect within 5-7 working days once the refund is processed.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘Cancel’. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, we will not be able to process the cancellation. You can, however, refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier partner. We will refund your amount after the product is received at our fulfilment centre.
